Where have you been! My goodness. I've done things, but not posted about them. So many times!
Today's developments:
- Powerbook has new case.. Mmm shiney, white, pure. Mmm.
- Winthrop still hasn't mailed me quote for new powerbook
- Yes, new powerbook. It did me well last tax ;) I figure trading them in regularlly minimises the eventual loss I'll make on them.. maybe? yes, geek :)
- Need to clear out store-room we'ld been using by tomorrow
- Need to set up 2 new machines on network by tomorrow
- Need to send list of network hardware goodies required to Cisco/Alphawest by wednesday
- Need to setup page to allow people to request summer access to our labs
- Need to print out new timesheets
- Need to clean up office
- Need to get written approval to acquire a bunch of spare stuff around in the department to be directly under our control
- Got email ok'ing basic config for new fileserver for group.. mmm 1Tb directly attached hotswap SATA for $3900 ;)
- Got fan and summer quilt from mum today. Yay for not cooking in room anymore
- Anything else? Probably!
