w00h00!

Had my last day of work today for 8 weeeks :D Cleaned up my area, got most of my stuff and I was outta there :D Went into the city and got a nifty little toolkit to take away with me, has pretty much anything I'll need to fix0r a computer in it. Changed out some of the little modular bits.. only had a T10 torx, and I need a T8 for my laptop, but aside from that, this will be very handy.

Got into work at 10:45.. made some backup CDs to take with me (OS, Utils etc) in case I need to reinstall, which I really hope not to ;)

I did however actually do some work today.. someone needed to get some data off a PC running MSDOS onto a zip disk.. *shudder*, and it kept crapping out at 590 files.. stupid old PC. So crazy alex grabs a screwdriver and just rips the drive out and puts it into our data recovery machine and grabbed it off with that.. sure, a bit extreme, but meh, it does the job ;) Lateral thinking my friend, that's where it's at.

Oh, and 43 hours left :D
