Jun. 27th, 2003 07:54 pmHmm today today.. what did I do.. ahh yes, pretty much nothing. Went to Westmount for something to do.. ahh the memories. Got some more LTC tickets and yes, here we are. I bought out the mall of LTC tickets! w00! Well, I bought the only two strips that Zellers had left, and the only newsagent had sold out too.. so technically I did ;p
Oh, I guess the interesting thing was this morning, trying out Apple's iChatAV voice chat with co-worker Simon back in Australia.. 317ms ping to his machine and we were still getting very good quality voice. punquin's two bad experiances with it on a similar machine, I think it's probably best she doesn't.. she'ld also need to sign up for an AOL screename.. eww :)
At Western this week is a conference on Canadian Women in Aviation.. very interesting. Most of them are staying at Essex Hall, so there's been Canadian Forces vehicles parked outside all week.. this morning, I got asked what events I was going to.. someone assumed I was one of the delegates (there are guys) .. I had a chuckle, but then I realised I was wearing my Boeing shirt.. I guess that would explain why they thought I was :)
