Birthday goodness :D

Thankies to all my well wishers, notably ursamajor (first post!), blu, kudzita, fee, irresistiblyred, pennae, drabbo, lizbyrd, lathiat and many others :) and also lizvang and grahame.

As you get oooold like me, the birthday booty always seems to decrease.. but I did ok this year.. hehe. I got a coin from my dad (a speshul silver one.. heh), the only BNL CD I didn't have - Rock Spectacle, some chocolates from penny annnd.. a knife block with knives from my mum for when I move out. Yay :) Nice set of Mundial.. not as expensive as my mum's Tridents, but yeah, pretty nice :) I haven't used them yet, but I will sooon. Photos of knives here.

Work was tiring. Damn meetings. Had EE section manager's meeting from 9AM - 11AM, then a short break, then UWA Technical Contacts from 12:30 - 2, talked with others until 2:30, got back to EE, found someone doing stupid shit, had meeting with head of school about that and some other stuff from 3 - 3:15.. tiiired :) Left work at 5PM.

Tomorrow have a picanic at Kings Park for Mark's gf Mel's birthday, so Friday night will probably be any birthday celebration.. tho this all depends on hearing back from the real estate people, which the penguins haven't yet. :( My week is so hectic. Whenever it rains, it pours. Oh! and I'm not liking this rain either. Be dry for royal show! :D
