stephiepenguin earlish and had a look at The Cook Street Residence, as it shall be named. The real estate agent was somewhat apprehensive when we mentioned which property one of the people currently lived in, but she seemed somewhat more positive once we said who it was and some other stuff. Had a pub lunch. Continued with my wish-list for next year. Went for meeting with Grahame, Toivo and Cisco goons. Always good. Learnt some more about some things the uni may be getting.. makes me feel a bit bitter. It also costs a lot more than they were expecting. Heh ;> But it meant I missed getting to the real estate agents with the penguins.. so I'll have to go tomorrow. S'all good :)
