What's new, pussy cat..
Dec. 20th, 2004 02:26 pmWent to Dave's pool party on Saturday. Was good fun, but I went a little hard with the pool volleyball, and made myself hurt a LOT.. I was up in screaming agony until the affects of panadol + neurofen kicked in and knocked me out. Still a tiny bit sore from that, but not too much.
Sunday was a christmas party for Liz's work at DUIT, which was held at the manager's place, which was very nice but in the middle of nowhere. Much good food and fun was had by all.
Today I managed to score a Canopus ADVC-100 for $cheep$ ($300).. a UWA Department had bought a lot of them and then worked out they didn't work in the situation they wanted and they couldn't return them. It was brand new.. like, I broke the seal on the packaging. Score! :D Also today, I saw ducklings. Very cute. Work has also been interesting. But I'm finding more and more that I'm having to use "I'm not at liberty to discuss that" to talk about what I'm doing specifically. Heh!
