So today I got to appear as a witness in the federal court, in the matter of ACMA vs Clarity1. Clarity1 is aka Maverick Partnerships aka Business Seminars Australia, aka T3 Direct, aka The Which Company, aka Wayne Mansfield. Was fun.

Basically both parties asked me questions about ICQ, address harvesting and some other things I covered in my statement earlier this year. Was kinda surreal trying to explain ICQ to a justice of the Federal Court..

Speaking to the investigator from the ACMA afterwards.. apparently yesterday was not a good day for Wayne. A bunch of people from the Apricot conference down the street came by, wearing shirts from all sorts of anti-spam companies. Hah!

Came back to work, did stuff while Liz did Mercades Lackey taxi duty ;) Came home, got Roti from Mix cafe and spent the evening watching TV :D
