Sep. 27th, 2007 10:12 pmDid some laundry this morning, in preparation for Singapore. All is well. Went to The Imperial Palace Gardens and almost got in when it started raining. A lot. Thanks Japan! Treked up to Ikebukuro and went to Nekobukuro (the cat brothel - you pay to play with probably drugged up cats). They had a Maine Coon Cat watching over it all. He was very pretty. There was a scottish fold, but he hardly moved for the whole time. Was fun.
Went to a cool ¥100 store and got some packaging to protect the LCD on the trip home. Should be ok with the stuff I got. Had awesome horiscope ice-cream for lunch.
Did more wandering around Ikebukuo, including buying many M2 and M3 nuts and bolts from Tokyu Hands. Project layer-cake is looking like it's going to be good. Hand dinner, wandered around some more, spent about 60 minutes trying to find a 7-11 for an ATM (thanks Japan!). Had some nice dinner, then started heading home at 8:30 (lol peakhours trains in Tokyo - not so much).
