Random question regarding insurance in North America..

So, random question.

In the US, a simple visit to the emergency room can cost thousands. This is fine for Americans who have health insurance.

How do Canadians deal with this when they cross the border for short shopping trips? Do you assume you'll be ok and be able to make it to a Canadian hospital if something happens? or what?

iMac G5 for sale?

Is anyone interested in a 20 inch iMac G5 (non-iSight) for sale? 768MB of RAM, 320GB HDD and a DVD-ROM/CD-RW?

I bought it for $220 with a dead power supply and no HDD, then spent another $250 on parts (psu, hdd, keyboard, mouse) for it ($470 in total for the bad at maths), but I'm open to offers.
