Does anyone want to take over the lease on our townhouse when we go to Canada or at any time beforehand? We have alternative accommodation available, so we're ready to move whenever you are.
We live on Monash Ave, just near the MedDent library.
3 bedrooms (two with cupboards, one with balcony),
1.5 bathrooms,
own laundry,
backyard,
2 car parks
Exact pricing would be something determined by our agent, but I'd expect it would be around $395/415 per week. We're walking distance from UWA, and on about a billion bus routes between the city, fremantle and the circle route.
