Tokyo :D Or more accuratly, Minowa in Taito City, at a very dodgy but full of character youth hostel thingy. The flight went well, Singapore's inflight entertainment is amazing.. gameboys in each seat! Mmm.

Caught the subway a few times today.. uh yeah, rush hour bad. Unless you like being squished like a sardine in the middle of a pack of schoolgirls.. UniSFAns, I'm looking at you ;)

Akihabara was amazing.. so much geeky stuff and lots of Apple stuff too! Mmmm apple stuff.

yeah i love those games-at-each-seat dealios ;) i thought they pretty much had those with most airlines now?

just out of curiousity, do you bathe or shower in those hostel thingies?

*ggl* i remember my japanese professor telling us about the horrible dilemma of the subway workers who are responsible for "packing" people into trains: "what if the outermost person is a female, and facing out? ... so kids, if you go to japan, and you are a female, do not stand facing the train door." it was a very solemn lesson, complete with physical demonstrations, but we all cracked up ;)

Holy six weeks late fonny :P Basically you had to hold a lever down to make it go.. so you only had one hand to wash yourself with.. which is a pain in the ass for hair.. either that or just lather while the water was off
