Almost sleep time.. work was quietish today.. finished off some work requests.. went to troubleshoot a problem, and it wasn't there in 3 cases. Okaaay. Easy ;) Took the chassis from my colour classic of doom to work and did some work on the plastics of it so it could take a motherboard, then did some dremel work on it tonight to hold the edge connector properly.. mostly, all is well with that bit. Put it together and tried powering it on however, and it didn't work :( This isn't entirely unexpected however, since I haven't built the voltage regulator for it yet, so parts of the motherboard aren't getting any power.. also the edge connector might not be mating perfectly with the motherboard, so next time around, I will have built the power regulator, power for the hard drive and I'll look at the edge connector.. and it'll hopefully work :)
