It reputedly works with Quicktime, but I've had no success with it under Windows, maybe it works better on Macs.
Hmm, the FAQ suggests http://www.illadvised.com/~jordy/ for "10.2+"
Or you could use VLC http://www.videolan.org/vlc/ which even has a native Mac port (as well as Win32, Linux, BeOS, QNX, *BSD, Solaris and Zaurus).
Or perhaps http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/13012 (as suggested by googling "ogg mac")
Or even MacAmp http://www.macamp.com/ supports ogg these days.
Or hell, you could have gone to the Ogg Vorbis homepage and checked out the Mac downloads there: http://www.vorbis.com/software.psp?pid=4
