It reputedly works with Quicktime, but I've had no success with it under Windows, maybe it works better on Macs.

Or you could use VLC http://www.videolan.org/vlc/ which even has a native Mac port (as well as Win32, Linux, BeOS, QNX, *BSD, Solaris and Zaurus).

Or even MacAmp http://www.macamp.com/ supports ogg these days.
