I've been home sick for the last two days. Boo sick.

Went out to see "Constantine" last night with a bunch of friends. Really good movie. I made tandia, shigawire and some others crack up during the promo for "Coach Carter" before the movie. Someone proposed that if Samuel L Jackson came into your school, you wouldn't give the man 'sass. I agreed, because "the man's a fucking Jedi".

I blame the sudafed.

In other news, my DVR is *still* not fixed. The repair place will be calling up Samsung next week and noting that it's been like 5 weeks, which apparently means Samsung has to either send the part straight out, or give me a replacement one. w00t. But I want the same model, and it's discontinued. Most DVRs now don't do what this one does, so I'm anxious to keep it. DVD burning would be nice, but the 5 video source input that mine has is very nice :)

In still other news, I'm glad Martha is out of prison. She got convicted of lying to the gov't over an offence she wasn't convicted of. Bleh, that sort of thing is just vindictive.

Leno, on the other hand, is pissed. The judge on the Jackson case has imposed a gag-order on everyone involved in the case, stopping them from talking about it. Leno was consulted by the family prior to the charges being filed, and is therefore listed as a witeness, so he can't make any mention of the case on his show.

See, if they were clever, they'd have consulted as many journalists/tv hosts as possible :)

Heh, I've suspected that Jackson's lawyers have called all those celebs and such in order to keep them quiet. If they are a potential witness, they can't talk about it. Nice way to shut some people up.
