Meh ... I only had twelve hours to make my assessment, and most of that was spent wandering underground shopping mall rabbit warrens full of stuff I didn't want, gazing soulfully at the Raffles Hotel from the outside, and being disappointed by the world's largest fountain (ugly) and their art gallery (teensy-weensy).

I'm sure once you wade through all the bad stuff there's some good to be had ;-)
