Re my visit to the Federal Court, the following was posted to a newsgroup by one of the people who went along to observe:

If any of you know the sysadmin guys at UWA who testified, buy them a beer for me. They were entertaining and not at all helpful to our friend Mr. Mansfield.

The guy who was responsible for this has been taken to court for spamming, by the ACMA (previously ACA). Myself and another UWA sysadmin complained about him and were called as witnesses.
