While I think that boths states will fall democratic, I am certain that the result will be tied up in legal disputes for weeks to come. The Republicans will throw every last dollar they have in the warchest into invalidating Democratic votes in the state, as they simply can't afford to lose the Senate as well as the house. If they hold the Senate, it's not a total defeat for them and they can spin it.
