The house of stupid expense has just raised in price again - here.
This unit has been on the market for at least 2 years. It started off at $900k, didn't sell, raised to $990k, didn't sell, raised to $1m, didn't sell, raised to $1.1m, still hasn't sold, and now it's on the market for $1.22million dollars.
I'm sorry, but when you don't sell somewhere, it's it normal to /reduce/ the price?
