What does he use it for? Will a 256M video card cut it?
navada.com.au can get generic RAM with the same same specs you've quoted, but a little cheaper: 1GB DDR2 800 (PC2-6400) Memory Module $ 69.30
They also have this video card for $174.20: Nvidia 7600GS 512 MB DDR2 AGP
Any particular reason for the Intel CPU? I went with AMD this time because their dual cores benchmarked better for the things I was interested in (*cough* WoW *cough), although it certainly varies and the Intels do some things better.
You can get AMD Athlon 64 x2 4400+ Socket AM2 DUAL CORE 65W CPU (2.3GHz) for $140 or AMD Athlon 64 x2 4800+ Socket AM2 DUAL CORE 65W CPU (2.5GHz) for $168.
PS I prefer Navada to Austin, although they can be a little more expensive for some things. But they're not MOTHERF***ING RUDE JERKS WHO'VE SCREWED ME AROUND FOR THE LAST TIME. *shakes fist*
