I don't know, if I was pregnant and trying to hide it I wouldn't wear that sort of outfit/pose in such a visible way. The mother on the other hand is wearing something loose and standing behind someone..like she's hiding a big belly.

Which isn't to say I'd vote for her anyway, she has plenty of unambiguous flaws :)
