isn't it all lovely? Believe me, I deal with people trying to get H1-B or PR approval on a daily basis, and it gets so convoluted. People try to get cheap advice from me, lol, but I won't even get into it because there is no substitute for a good lawyer.

The DV lottery is a nice idea...the key word being 'lottery', of course. :P But I do actually know a family who was here on H1-B/H4 and were actually selected, so now I know it's not just a total scam, rofl ;)
