1. What was the name of your grade school? Albany Primary School (1-3), Subiaco Primary School (3-7) .. also did one term at Maroochydore State School (Year 6?) and a few weeks at Cunderdin Primary School. There were 10 other students in that class. Hehe.
2. Did you ever transfer? Yeah, we moved from Albany to Perth.
3. Did you ever go to Sunday School? Ha. No. Something about flames and stuff crossing into places of religion? :)
4. What was your favorite subject? I probably liked Art. Sounds about right.
5. Who was your favorite teacher? Mr Strang in Grade 3.
6. Did you have to wear a uniform? Yes. Either a poo-boring grey shirt/shorts/trousers, or a green tracksuit (Albany), a Maroon tracksuit (Subiaco) or a yellow or maroon tshirt at subiaco.
7. Did you have siblings in your grade school? At Maroochydore I sorta did.. in as much as you would call my step sister a sibling :)
8. Did your class ever have to spend time with the kindergartners? Nope
9. Are you still friends with anyone from grade school? Not as good as I should be. I still see Sarid whenever I go back to Albany. He's a plumber and has a hmm.. 2 year old now? Likewise Pip from Albany has a 3 year old. Patrick I still see reasonably often, he lives near uni and is doing a PhD there in psych. Chris calls me, but I'm horrible about getting back to him.
10. Did your 7th grade class ever have a reunion? No, tho someone is kinda planning one soon.
11. Did you go? ... go where?
12. Did you like gym class? Don't remember.
13. What was your favorite game in gym? -
14. What did your lunch box have on it? I recall a nice boring green lunchbox once we got to Perth.. I probably had it in Albany too.
15. Did you ever buy lunch in school? Yeah, a few times, when mum was in a big rush and we didn't have time to make me lunch in the morning.

High School
1. What was the name of your high school? Hollywood Senior High School
2. Did you ever transfer? newp
3. What was your favorite subject? Computing :D
4. Who was your favorite teacher? Mr Spedding, Computing.
5. Did you have to wear a uniform? No
6. Did you have a boy/girlfriend that went to school with you? Ummmm maaaaaaybe :P Heh. Year 11 there was a girl, then I went to visit my dad at xmas, and absence didn't make the heart grow fonder and she started going out with someone else :P Boo. Then they broke up when she was in yr 12, and she's been going out with the same guy ever since. I had lunch with her last year and we had a good time catching up. It wasn't really that serious, as things are when you're 15 :P We's pretty good friends I guess.
7. Did you get detention/suspension a lot? Nah. I was friends with the deputy principals, so I got away with a lot ;) "So alex, why weren't you at school this morning?" "I was at a computer auction" "Oh.. fair enough.. get anything good? *writes out absence explaination note*"
8. What was the worst thing you ever did to get detention/suspended? I got lunchtime detention once for insighting violence ;)
9. Are you still friends with people from high school? Meh. See above. Patrick and Chris went to my High School. I still see other people around uni, so do keep up to date with what people are doing.
10. Were you part of any clubs or sports? Umm maaaaaaaybe.
11. Were you popular? I dunno.. probably not in my own mind, but in the minds of some other people I was.
12. Did you care? Probably. I was happy tho, so probably I didn't mind.
13. What was in your locker? Not much.. a change of clothes in a plastic bag for the last few weeks of school.. there were lots of water fights then.. heh. Some books maybe.
14. Did you get into any fights? Maybe.. I dunno. I did manage to start one without being involved in it.
15. Did you have a reunion? My high school closed down in 2000, so there was an all-student reunion.
16. What colleges did/will you apply to? Perth has a central university placement thingy. I applied for 4 courses at each of perth's 6 universities.. I got into two of the universities. I errrm.. didn't .. erm.. study much for my final exams ;) I was happy with what I got tho. Some people got way too stressed bout that.

University/College/Post-Secondary
1. What was the name of your school? Edith Cowan University / The University of Western Ontario. I like the second one more :P I have also been briefly to McGill, University of Ottawa, UBC, University of Queensland, and I work at The University of Western Australia :) I'm a university whore.
2. Did you ever transfer? sorta I guess :)
3. What was your favorite subject/class? Introduction to Unix and C. Hehe. I was also interested by most of the security ones.. tho not so much on the business and risk management units :P
4. Who was your favorite professor? We don't call people professors.. but I liked David Wiseman at UWO and Andrew Blades at ECU. He was a hard-ass ex Air Force Intelligence Officer, but had his funny moments.
5. Are you still friends with people from university? Western, yes. ECU.. not so much :)
6. Were you part of any clubs or sports? XZone at Western, did various Student Exchange helping thingies at ECU.
7. Were you popular? Probably moreso than I deserved at Western. The Australian thing was a great novelty for most people. Hehe.
8. Did you care? nope! :D
9. Did you have a reunion? Sorta I guess :) Saw a lot of my friends from Western when I went back this year.
10. What are you doing now? Pondering going to work for the day at The University of Western Australia :)
