Unk.. first week back..

So the students are back.. Some are just starting for the year. So there's introductory classes-a-plenty running in our labs, so we're getting stationed in the labs at some times during the day to help because the tutors don't know how to use our computer systems. So yesterday we were calling dibs on labs, and I felt like a challenge.. so I volunteered to be the CSU office in the Sun lab where first years were learning how to use the library.. which first meant they had to learn how to use Suns :P

Unk, let me just say.. first week first years + Sun Solaris = something other than good. Usually we don't throw people at these labs until third year :P

Ahh well. I only had to spend 15 minutes talking the class thru setting up Netscape :P What do you mean you don't know how to set up a ~/.Xdefaults file?! Heh.
