So before we went away for Swancon, I think several days before, Liz and I had rice for dinner. We forgot to clean out the rice cooker. I had a look at it this morning.

Drenched it with boiling water.. added detergent, more boiling water.. drained into sink (with drain filter), put mushy rice into bin, repeat a few times.. left to soak with more detergent :D

ROFL. Been there done that hehe. Actually it's more of a case of cooking and then not cleaning up properly afterwards, then giving birth the next day and eating takeout and not entering the kitchen for a week.....

I'm used to it all now. Nothing frightens me in our kitchen any more!
