Apparently it's not just the mounties who always get their man, the rest of the police forces of Canada seem to have a similar tenacity. When innocent 15 year old girls get killed while shopping in downtown Toronto, it's a sign that there's a bit of a gang problem.

Not, however, to be content to fight it piece-meal, the police bided their time and arranged 100 simultaneous raids on thursday morning, arresting 106 people and laying over 1000 charges... To get the *600* officers used for the raids, extra officers were brought in from Quebec and all over Ontario, and even some from the US. IR Impressed.
