Yeah, the MBP is using the latest chips from Intel, and intel announce stuff more publically than Apple, so there's not much of a chance they will be upgraded for a while

When it comes to Australia in 2008, the phone part of the iPhone is gonna be pretty yawnworthy, unfortunately.

This Visual Voicemail stuff might be really awesome, but it's SO not going to be supported by any of the shitty networks here.

Also, GSM + EDGE? In 2008? Is that shit still going to be working?

Other than that, I think it's a pretty awesome device and I want the 8 gig version.

I can kinda see why people might get excited by the phone... but I honestly can't see why you'd want the airport extreme or appletv thing... They just seem like less functional, more expensive version of other products....
