I do like this place. Currently looking around for somewhere to live past the end of august. There's some places nearby for the same sort of price, but I think they're unfurnished.

Don't cost much to go grab some furniture from Ikea down in Richmond. (We managed pretty well with around $180 to start with when we moved into an unfurnished place last year, and eventually spent about $500 all up I think, just getting the basics. Obviously you have to HAVE that cash on top of bond & rent etc) I'd definitely try and stay in that area - it's great being in the city :)
