theducksIn the depths of time (2005), I started watching Highlander with a number of friends. Loved it. Went to filming locations in Vancouver in 2006, and would often wander by the Dojo filming site when we lived in Vancouver.
These days, of course, we don't (either watch it or live in Vancouver) but I sometimes re-watch bits of it to see a Vancouver that doesn't exist anymore (and indeed, only existed about 5 years before I first visited Vancouver in 1999)
I posted whimsically about one scene (The Jimmy Scene) in a facebook fanclub group for Peter Wingfield.. and it got 110 likes.. and a comment from David Abramowitz, writer of the episode saying "This was one of my favorite scenes in the series. Thank you all for still remembering and talking about our work." .. I responded saying "you are most very welcome! (Also I was a big fan of MacGuyver when I was a kid :)", and he responded with "Thank you. Humbled by your response."
