theducksI did the uptown tour today, which goes thru harlem and the upper east side. Pretty fun stuff :)
Incident I talked about with the police car is reported here. Might grab some lunch then ponder downtown or something. But blah! it's raining outside, and probably will be for the rest of my time here.
