Ads for "The Neighborhood" from MCI really shit me. Equating telephone calling plans with the right to free speech and first amendment rights? You lamers. The right to free speech is something that I feel is very important, but it has nothing to do with your telephone, it has to do with public expression of ideas and beliefs.

Date: 2002-06-02 12:34 pm (UTC)they managed to make about $1000 off my brother because they neglected to tell him when they were convincing him to switch from his bell long-distance plan that what they were offering him was not for long-distance to canada. they said they were offering him something which was better than his current plan, so he took it. well, his current plan was specifically for calls to canada.
he's been home now for more than a month, and he's still paying the fuckers money.
